District 24 Structure

³Ô¹ÏÍø District 24 is one of 32 ³Ô¹ÏÍø International Districts worldwide, each managed by an elected District Board. This board supports local clubs and promotes ³Ô¹ÏÍø International’s programs within the District.

The District Board is backed by various committees as outlined by ³Ô¹ÏÍø International Bylaws. All positions are voluntary, with officers and committee chairs serving two-year terms.

District 24 is an incorporated association governed by a Constitution and District Guidelines, ensuring smooth operations between meetings.

Local clubs, the heart of ³Ô¹ÏÍø International, are where most of the work happens. District 24’s clubs are grouped into three Areas, each led by an elected Area Director who supports the clubs and organizes an annual Area Meeting.

Clubs typically have 10 - 40 members, known as Zontians, who advance ³Ô¹ÏÍø’s mission through service and advocacy. Club structures mirror the District Board, with a President and board elected by members, supported by committees. Every member is encouraged to be active on at least one committee.

Club and board meetings are held at the discretion of each club, with committees meeting as needed in addition to regular club meetings.
